Owner Steven Busch, The Dizazta Empire
Effective Date Immediately
This Affiliate Program Agreement is entered into by and between Steven Busch, doing business as The Dizazta Empire, and the undersigned affiliate.
1.1 All music, albums, artwork, literary works, audiovisual content, and promotional materials provided by Owner are and shall remain the exclusive property of Owner.
1.2 No license, ownership, or rights are granted to Affiliate except as expressly set forth herein.
2.1 Owner grants Affiliate a non exclusive, revocable, non transferable license to promote and sell Works solely through the Affiliate Program platform.
2.2 This license extends only to the resale of Works via unique affiliate links supplied by Owner.
2.3 No rights of reproduction, duplication, distribution, modification, or derivative creation are granted.
3.1 Affiliate shall not resell, distribute, upload, transfer, lease, or otherwise make available any Works outside the Affiliate Program.
3.2 Unauthorized use or resale constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and an infringement of copyright under federal and international law.
3.3 Affiliate acknowledges that such conduct may subject them to civil damages, injunctive relief, statutory penalties, and criminal liability.
4.1 Affiliate shall receive a commission in accordance with Program terms currently 20 percent of each qualified sale.
4.2 All payments are contingent on valid sales tracked through Affiliate unique link.
4.3 Owner reserves the right to amend commission rates or payout schedules with notice.
5.1 This Agreement is effective upon Affiliate enrollment and remains in force until terminated.
5.2 Owner may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice upon Affiliate breach of any provision herein.
5.3 Upon termination Affiliate must immediately cease use of all Works and Program materials.
Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising from Affiliate breach of this Agreement or unauthorized use of Works.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in San Bernardino County California.
This Agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding between the parties, superseding all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that unauthorized resale or distribution of Dizazta Area Music Works outside the Affiliate Program is strictly prohibited, constitutes breach of contract, and will result in termination and legal action.

By checking the box below I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Dizazta Area Music Affiliate Program Agreement. I understand that unauthorized resale or distribution of Dizazta Area Music Works outside the Affiliate Program is prohibited and will result in termination and possible legal action.
