When you join the Dizazta Area Music Affiliate Program, you agree to the rules below. Please read carefully.
Who Owns the Music?
Every song, album, cover design, and promo material belongs to Steven Busch of the Dizazta Empire. You do not own the music—you’re only allowed to promote and sell it through the affiliate program.
How You’re Allowed to Sell
You can only sell Dizazta music using your official affiliate link. You cannot copy, resell, or give away the albums outside the program. You cannot upload the music to your own store, resell physical copies, or share it on file-sharing or streaming sites.
Your Commission
You earn 20% of every album sold through your affiliate link. Payments are sent according to the program’s payout schedule. If sales don’t come through your link, you won’t receive commission.
Breaking the Rules
If you try to resell the music outside the program, your account will be terminated. Unauthorized resale or distribution is against copyright law and may lead to legal action.
Termination
The Dizazta Empire can remove you from the program at any time if you break the rules. If that happens, you lose all rights to promote or profit from the music.
Legal Responsibility
You agree to follow all laws, including copyright and digital media laws. If your actions cause problems, you agree to cover any losses or damages.
Agreement
By signing up for the affiliate program or selling Dizazta Area Music, you agree to follow these rules. If you don’t, you may lose your affiliate status and face legal consequences.
